Meet the Integrative Primary Care team
We know your health is your top priority, but your health is our priority too. Our providers deliver expert collaboration and customized treatment plans.
Larissa Chartrand, MD Accepted Health Plans Internal Medicine, Primary Care
Dr. Larissa Chartrand became interested in developing long-term patient relationships after being inspired by her mother, also a primary care community physician, and by the lasting relationships she saw her build with patients. Dr. Chartrand brings advanced training in lifestyle and functional medicine to her practice, with a strong focus on prevention and uncovering the root causes of illness. She takes time to understand each patient as a whole person, not just their symptoms. After getting to know a patient during extended office visits, Dr. Chartrand creates individualized treatment plans that combine the best of conventional medicine with evidence-based lifestyle and integrative therapies to support healing and prevent future illnesses. Outside of the clinic, she loves spending time with her family, exploring the California coast via motorcycle, hiking, enjoying wine country and strength training.
Mohammed Ansari, MD Accepted Health Plans Internal Medicine, Primary Care
Dr. Mohammed Ansari was inspired by his parents, both physicians, and chose medicine to serve others and improve community health. Dr. Ansari provides personalized, preventive care focused on identifying and addressing underlying causes of illness. He combines conventional medicine with nutrition, lifestyle strategies, supplements, and other integrative approaches tailored to each patient’s needs and goals. He values building lasting relationships with patients and their families and is committed to helping patients achieve optimal health. Outside of medicine, he enjoys exercise, hiking, and time with his children.
Gina Rendon, MBA, BS, RHIA Area Manager, Napa Integrative, Primary and Urgent Care
With more than 15 years of healthcare experience, Gina’s passion for integrative care is rooted in both her professional work and her own healing journey. After overcoming an idiopathic illness through an approach addressing the physical, emotional and lifestyle aspects of health, Gina experienced the power of treating the whole person rather than simply managing symptoms. Her education at Loma Linda University, a Blue Zone community known for promoting longevity and wellness, further shaped her belief in prevention, lifestyle medicine, and the importance of addressing all health dimensions.
