Our Services
If you are recovering from a heart attack, valve surgery, bypass surgery, post-intervention, cardiac rehabilitation may help you get back on your feet quicker. Patients with CHF or angina also experience significant benefits from the program. All you need is a referral from your doctor.
The program includes:
- Individualized exercise programs - supervised by registered nurses specially trained in therapeutic exercise
- Telemetry (heart rate and rhythm) monitoring
- Classes three days per week for time periods from six to twelve weeks
- Comprehensive education program
- CHF patients receive classes from RNs, our pharmacy dietician and our social worker
How Can Cardiac Rehab Help Me?

If you have a chronic lung disorder such as asthma, chronic bronchitis, COPD, or pulmonary fibrosis you may find great benefit in pulmonary rehabilitation. Ask your doctor if it is right for you.
The program includes:
- Individualized exercise programs -- supervised by registered nurses specially trained in therapeutic exercise
- Telemetry (heart rate and rhythm) and oxygen saturation monitoring
- Classes taught by team of respiratory therapists, nurses, dietitian, and social worker
- 12 weeks of therapy with classes 3 times per week
- Pulmonary rehabilitation (covered by most insurance if ordered by patient’s physician)

Supervised Exercise Sessions can make a tremendous difference in your journey to recovery. Our certified nurses teach you proper technique and safe exercise from the beginning, leading to a smoother and swifter rehabilitation.
Our Education Programs offer you information about lifestyle choices that affect your health, and our staff offer support in many areas, including nutrition, medication, breathing retraining, stress management, smoking cessation, treatment review and follow-up, and home exercise programs.
Our goal is to give you the necessary tools to return to daily activities and substantially improve the quality of your life.
If you suffer from peripheral artery disease (PAD) and pain while you walk, vascular rehabilitation may be right for you to help reduce pain. PAD is caused by a buildup of plaque in the leg arteries which can cause cramping while walking, leg pain at rest, nerve damage, and skin breakdown.
The program includes:
- Individualized exercise programs – supervised by registered nurses especially trained in therapeutic exercise.
- Pain and discomfort monitoring
- Comprehensive education
How can vascular rehab help me?
- Increase your activity level while reducing discomfort
- Lower the risk of vessel blockages elsewhere in the body
- Reduce leg pain and discomfort at rest
Our Wellness Program is designed for patients who do not have insurance or an approved diagnosis per their insurance company. The Wellness program is a six-week, condensed version of cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation. Patients pay a small fee to participate.
The program includes:
- Consult and food plan recommendations from dietitians
- Exercise classes monitored by nurses
- Personalized exercise prescription in three classes per week for six weeks
- Comprehensive education and coaching in reducing risk factors
