September 2024, Noah's life changed in an instant. While aboard an Amtrak train, he suffered multiple stab wounds — injuries that medical personnel described as "ordinarily fatal." With only minutes to live, Noah's survival was dependent on access to expert trauma care.

As the train arrived in Fairfield, emergency responders rushed him to NorthBay Health's Level II Trauma Center, where a team of specialists provided the highest level of care.
