Meet Molly Clark, PharmD, MHA,
Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

As Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, Molly Clark provides strategic leadership across NorthBay Health’s administrative functions, driving organizational performance, operational excellence and care model transformation. She brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience, with deep expertise in quality, safety, population health and value-based care.

Known for her ability to lead large-scale transformation, Molly has successfully implemented innovative care models, advanced digital strategies and integrated teams and systems to improve outcomes and enhance the patient experience. Prior to joining NorthBay Health, she served in senior executive roles at Allina Health, where she led systemwide performance transformation, population health strategy and value-based care initiatives, and previously held leadership positions at Sanford Health and Northwestern Memorial Hospital.

She is actively engaged in national and community organizations, serving on multiple boards focused on healthcare innovation and community well-being. Known for her collaborative, thoughtful leadership style, Molly is passionate about building high-performing teams and advancing NorthBay Health’s mission to deliver extraordinary patient-centered care.

Molly holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from Drake University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and is Lean Six Sigma certified.
