Meet Jennifer Schaab, MBA, MPH,
Executive Vice President, President Medical Networks
As Executive Vice President and President of Medical Networks for NorthBay Health, Jennifer Schaab brings more than 25 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, with deep expertise in network development and growth, strategic planning, operations, and financial performance improvement across major non-profit health systems, academic medical centers, and specialty organizations.
Most recently, Jennifer served as President of MarinHealth Medical Network, a UCSF affiliate, where she provided strategic direction for the acute and outpatient network across major service lines including Cardiology, Oncology, Orthopedics & Spine, Neurology, and Vascular, supporting nearly $2 billion in net revenue. Prior to that, she served as Chief Operations Officer for Providence Health & Services, overseeing $6 billion in gross revenue and 4 million patient lives, and as Chief Operations Officer of Dignity Health Medical Foundation, where she grew revenue from $400 million to $1.2 billion in four years and expanded physician practices from 350 to more than 900 clinicians.
Known for her ability to recruit and build high-performing teams and cultivate strong physician collaboration and partnerships, Jennifer has a proven record of delivering on both clinical and operational initiatives that improve patient experience, advance value-based care, and drive sustainable growth.
Jennifer holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Public Health from Pepperdine University and the University of Southern California, respectively, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UCLA.
