Our Magnet Nurses Featured in Videos

In October, a delegation of 21 NorthBay Health nurses did their "happy dance" onstage at the American Nurses Credentialing Center Magnet Conference in Atlanta as they claimed a Magnet Designation in front of thousands of colleagues from around the country.

The award by the American Nurses Credentialing Center recognizes excellence and high standards in nursing.

Here we share two videos from the experience: a short clip from NorthBay Health featuring many of our nurses who were on hand to accept the award (including our new Chief Nursing Officer Traci Duncan), and the official ANCC National Magnet Conference 2015 video, which actually features two of our nurses, Michele Harris from Women's and Children's Services and Robbie Fogliasso from Perioperative Services, who is featured at the very end.
