Journey Through Grief Program Offered in April

Losing a loved one can cause immeasurable pain, but the suffering needn’t be endured alone. Help is available through NorthBay Hospice & Bereavement’s 10-week “Journey through Grief” course, and a new session is set to begin on April 16.

Hosted by the NorthBay Bereavement Center, the class will focus on healing and learning about grief.

Each participant must have three months of bereavement before registering for the class, which will run from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at 4520 Business Center Drive, Suite 110.

Sessions are facilitated by a grief therapist and are offered free of charge.

This session will run every Tuesday through June 18, and the class is limited to 12 people. To reserve a space, call (707) 646-3517.
