The End of Life Option Act (EOLOA) allows an adult diagnosed with a terminal disease, who meets certain qualifications, to request an aid-in-dying drug from their attending physician.

NorthBay understands that end-of-life decisions are highly personal and difficult to navigate. We want you to be informed and educated about the choices available to you. Our team is available to answer your questions and guide you through this process. We encourage you to discuss the EOLOA with your loved ones and reach out to our Hospice care team for further information.
