Healthier Living Class Begins Sept. 1

 Anyone living with a chronic disease is invited to participate in "Healthier Living," a self-management program offered by NorthBay Healthcare, Solano Public Health and the Area Agency on Aging that kicks off Sept. 1.

The classes are free, but space is limited.

Healthier Living is an award-winning program developed by Stanford University to help people better manage chronic health conditions, to live a happier, healthier life.

Anyone with ongoing health conditions, as well as family members and care takers of someone with a chronic health condition, are encouraged to attend.

The six-week program will be 5:30 to 8 p.m. on Tuesdays, at the Center for Primary Care, 2458 Hilborn Road in Fairfield.
