Judy Yang, DO
Dr. Judy Yang looks forward to establishing long-term relationships with her patients and their families. "I'm a believer in partnering with and educating parents and caregivers about health promotion and maintenance, to help their children thrive throughout their lifetime," Dr. Yang says. Her background in public health contributes to not only keeping the family but also the community healthy. As a pediatrician, she cares for children from birth to18 years of age.
Dr. Yang emphasizes starting good habits early to maintain lifelong health, focusing on diet, dental care, psychosocial measures, and developmental interventions to optimize achieving milestones on time. She also cares for chronic problems that impact daily quality of life, with her focus especially on asthma and allergies.
"I suffer from asthma and allergies myself," says Dr. Yang, who has additional training in the care and treatment of children with asthma and allergies. "I can relate to how children with these disease feel and function, and optimize their treatment so they function at their best."
